What can’t you put in our bins?
When hiring a rubbish skip bin, it’s also important to know what you can’t put in.
Do not place the following items in your skip bin:
Putrescible waste such as food, excrement, dead animals or anything else that may rot and make your skip bin smell
Asbestos and other hazardous materials
Mixed waste types: It’s also important to not mix waste types so if you put household waste in your bin, don’t also put commercial or green waste.
Bin Range
SMALL
3 to 6 Cubic Meter walk in bins
The smallest bins in our range are delivered with the two smallest trucks in our fleet making it possible for the bin to be placed in a driveway or where it would be possible to park a car. Additionally, we custom fabricate bins to suit your specific requirements, ideal for tighter access situations.
This range of our bins are suitable for smaller types of clean ups around the house with the bin being able to holding approximately 2 to 4, 6 x 4 car trailer loads of rubbish.
These bins, alike all our bins, have swinging gates allowing easy access in and out of the bin whilst filling it.
MEDIUM
6 to 10 Cubic Meter walk in bins
Our medium sized range are delivered with the larger trucks in our fleet making it possible for the bin to be filled with heavier wastes and we allow for bricks, dirt and concrete to be placed into these bins.
NOTE: Given the size of the truck which will bring the bin it may not be able to place the bin in a driveway so a council permit may be required.
This range of our bins are suitable for all types of jobs heavy or light. These bins, alike all our bins, have swinging gates allowing easy access in and out of the bin whilst filling it. These bins also have certified lifting lugs which enable them to be safely lifted on constructions sites with a crane.
LARGE
12 to 20 Cubic Meter walk in bins
Similar to our medium range, our large sized range are also delivered with the larger trucks in our fleet.
NOTE: Given the size of the truck which will bring the bin it may not be able to place the bin in a driveway so a council permit may be required.
This range of our bins are suitable for large clean-ups or construction sites. We do restrict how much heavy waste is placed in these bins to ensure our trucks can lift them from the site and we comply with Victorian Department of Transport weight restrictions.
These bins, alike all our bins, have swinging gates allowing easy access in and out of the bin whilst filling it. These bins also have certified lifting lugs which enable them to be safely lifted on constructions sites with a crane.
